Dynasty Shocker 08 - Need Help

hi

my 08 dynasty shocker has a problem wondering if anybody knows what's wrong

when i screw in the air tank everything seems fine but when i come to shoot the gun the bolt is not cycling

i checked everything e.g
air pressure in the cp reg
lubed the bolt
changed the battery
everything seems to be ok but it stall wont shoot i evan check the solenoid and thats fine to. im starting to think the regs bust but there is no leak or anything
