Cynergy: the combined power of a group of individuals when they are working together which is greater than the total power achieved by each working separately.

Team Cynergy is the NSPL Factory Team, representing the League at International Level by competing in the Millennium series. Made up from strictly NSPL-Only players, the team demonstrates the ability levels found at NSPL events and shows what results focussed training and commitment can achieve.

The team was formed in 2006 with most of that season spent developing the raw talent and gaining valuable International experience. Since then, a feeder team called Cynergy Academy has also been founded and training is underway to make an impact upon the 2007 Millennium and NSPL circuits.
